Project Management and Communication Intern

Introduction
World Vision International is offering a Project Management and Communication Internship within its Field Strategy and Design, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (DMEAL) team. This three-month opportunity allows students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, knowledge management, and communications while contributing to impactful global development programs.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Support: Assist in planning and tracking projects, maintaining task trackers, preparing progress updates, and identifying risks or delays.

Communications and Design: Create engaging internal communications materials—such as newsletters, infographics, and presentations—using tools like Canva.

Website and Knowledge Management: Help revamp and organize resources for the DMEAL internal website, ensuring accessibility and user-friendliness.

Document Management: Collect, organize, and archive country-level DMEAL resources for easy retrieval and sharing.

Knowledge Product Development: Format, edit, and improve toolkits, guidance documents, and reference materials.

Team Support: Participate in team meetings, take notes, and contribute creative ideas to strengthen internal communication and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications and Requirements

Strong interest or experience in project management and task coordination.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn collaboration tools like SharePoint and Teams.

Creativity, reliability, and enthusiasm for World Vision’s mission.

At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Current student or recent graduate (within 2 years) in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, International Development, Public Policy, or related fields.

Ability to commit 20–40 hours per week from January 26 to April 24, 2026.

Willingness to use personal devices with World Vision’s security software installed.
