Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday modules: HCM, Talent, Performance, Absence, Advanced Compensation

• Support cross-functional HR initiatives and projects

• Optimize Workday security settings and manage integrations (ISU, ISSG, APIs, Web Services)

• Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance

• Create and update system documentation

• Recommend and implement new Workday features during releases

• Collaborate with HR teams and internal stakeholders across departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

• Strong Workday configuration and integration knowledge

• Hands-on experience with Workday business processes, APIs, and security management

• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
