About the Role

Kiva is hiring a Vice President of Marketing to lead its brand transformation and drive mission-aligned growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will oversee all aspects of marketing, including brand, product marketing, growth, and communications. This is a unique opportunity to lead a beloved social impact brand into its next chapter—expanding reach, deepening engagement, and increasing scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing Strategy: Own and execute marketing strategy across Kiva’s consumer, product, and B2B channels.

• Go-to-Market Execution: Partner with product and design teams to launch and scale new offerings.

• B2B Growth Support: Collaborate with partnerships to attract and retain corporate and philanthropic partners.

• Audience Expansion: Drive integrated campaigns to grow Kiva’s user base and donor community.

• Brand Refresh: Evolve Kiva’s visual and verbal identity to reflect its impact and future vision.

• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing, mission-driven marketing team.

Compensation & Benefits
