Role Overview
World Vision is seeking a Trainer II – Finance Learning and Development to deliver and manage global finance training programs. This role involves training facilitation, content coordination, evaluation, and leveraging digital tools to improve learning delivery. The trainer will support capacity building efforts across regions and provide training that aligns with organizational needs and finance learning strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Facilitate simple to complex finance training programs for global finance staff.

Manage training logistics including nominations, enrollments, communications, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for course delivery.

Analyze course evaluations and collaborate with instructional designers to improve content.

Ensure all training content is up to date with organizational standards and changes.

Engage with stakeholders to assess training needs and provide on-demand sessions.

Utilize platforms such as Teams, Skype, OneDrive, SurveyMonkey, and Vimeo for streamlined delivery.

Participate in special projects and team-based assignments as required.
Qualifications
-
2–3 years of experience in training or a related field.

Strong communication and presentation skills with a learner-focused approach.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently.

Cross-cultural training ability.

Skills in project management to plan and monitor training initiatives.
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 4 years); Master’s degree preferred.
