Job Purpose
World Vision International seeks a Strategy and Analytics Advisor to serve as a trusted strategic partner to its global executive leadership, helping shape and deliver Our Promise Phase 3.
This role is ideal for a Christian professional with 3–5 years’ experience in top-tier management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Accenture, Deloitte, EY, Oliver Wyman) who excels in structured problem solving, executive communication, and analytics. The Advisor will operate at the intersection of data, strategy, and leadership influence, driving decisions that directly improve outcomes for the world’s most vulnerable children.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory Leadership

Lead high-impact strategic engagements with global leadership.

Deliver board-level analysis, frameworks, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.

Ensure measurable performance and child well-being outcomes.
Strategic Planning & Initiative Design
-
Design and facilitate strategic planning processes under Our Promise Phase 3.

Apply consulting methodologies adapted to WVI’s mission-driven priorities.
Insight Development & Executive Storytelling

Synthesize complex datasets into persuasive narratives for executives.

Influence major decisions and investments with data-backed insights.
Performance Measurement & Analytics

Develop and oversee performance monitoring systems.

Use modelling and data visualisation (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Capacity Building & Change Leadership

Coach leaders and regional teams on analytics-informed decision-making.

Strengthen organisational capacity to implement strategy effectively.
Required Qualifications

3–5 years at a global management consultancy (Associate/Consultant/Senior Consultant level or equivalent).

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Development Economics, Data Science, or related field.

Strong experience in structured problem solving and strategic analysis.

Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills.

Advanced financial and operational modelling skills.

Proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or similar).

Proven ability to influence in matrixed, cross-cultural environments.

Commitment to World Vision’s Christian ethos.

Fluency in English (required); French or Spanish preferred.
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of global development trends, child well-being, and humanitarian programming.

Certifications in AI, advanced analytics, strategic planning, or impact evaluation.
