Role Overview
As a Senior Product Designer at Kiva, you’ll join a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and technologists to create intuitive, meaningful digital experiences for lenders and borrowers. You’ll work from concept to launch, influencing product strategy, enhancing user engagement, and shaping Kiva’s product design culture. This role requires strong UI/UX design, stakeholder management, and a passion for social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-create product vision and strategy with Product Managers.

• Lead the design process from discovery to launch, including user research, prototyping, and high-fidelity designs.

• Own and evolve design systems, tools, and processes across the Product Design team.

• Facilitate design reviews and feedback sessions with stakeholders.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

• Elevate the overall product experience to align with Kiva’s mission and brand.

Required Experience & Skills

• 7–9 years of experience in B2C product design.

• Proven success designing highly visual, best-in-class digital products.

• Proficient in UX, UI, and visual design; presentation and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience in retention and engagement strategy, and (ideally) gamification.

• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Authorization to work in Colombia.
