Position Summary
The Web Coordinator plays a vital role on the Member Content Strategy team, ensuring smooth functionality of the ASPCA website and supporting digital fundraising campaigns via email and SMS. The role involves content publishing, technical troubleshooting, and participation in integrated campaign execution.
This is a remote position available to qualified candidates residing within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Website Production (50%)

Publish content to the website via CMS (Drupal), including forms, blog posts, press releases, and articles

Conduct HTML/CSS edits and perform full quality assurance testing of web content

QA online forms to ensure accurate CRM data capture

Suggest improvements in content and functionality

Follow internal content review workflows and launch timelines
Technical Website Assistance (30%)

Participate in weekly calls with the website vendor

Manage and troubleshoot support tickets and website bugs

Assist in QA testing for updates and new modules

Collaborate with internal teams to assess website needs and changes
Email & SMS Campaign Support (20%)

Build and test email and SMS campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Perform QA for display and deliverability across platforms

Coordinate revisions and approvals for content and tracked links

Schedule and monitor campaign deliveries
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in web development and content management

Proficient in Drupal, HTML/CSS, and familiar with JavaScript/SQL
-
Experience with email/SMS marketing platforms (Salesforce preferred)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Familiar with QA, ticketing systems, and image editing tools like Photoshop
Compensation
The hourly pay varies by region:
-
Zone 1: $23.56 – $25.96/hour

Zone 2: $25.96 – $28.37/hour

Zone 3: $28.85 – $31.25/hour
