We are currently seeking a Product Owner for the Our Impact Our Story (OIOS) Program, a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing child impact data and organizational effectiveness across all funding streams.


Job Purpose

The Product Owner will serve as the voice of the Business Owners, managing a complex portfolio of business and systems projects that form the OIOS Program. You will ensure alignment with World Vision’s strategic objectives while maintaining data integrity and promoting cohesive collaboration among cross-functional teams. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of the child impact ecosystem, ensuring our data-driven programs have meaningful impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the strategy and execution of the OIOS Program, aligning business and technical projects with strategic goals.

  • Review and approve business priorities and milestones across projects, ensuring timely risk resolution and dependency management.

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders (SREI departments, GTDs, Data Governance, Project Teams), supporting clear communication and coordination.

  • Guide and supervise the development of business requirements and ensure the design of impactful, data-driven solutions for Child Impact initiatives.

  • Promote continuous improvement within the Child Data Model to optimize performance, efficiency, and data quality.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Process Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise systems management.

  • Professional certifications in Data Quality.

  • Demonstrated experience in preparing business needs and translating them into technical use cases.

  • Strong experience with budget management, business analysis, and cross-functional team leadership.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

  • Availability to travel up to 15% of the time.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing complex programs involving impact measurement and data governance.

  • Familiarity with the humanitarian sector, especially in disaster management, sponsorship, or grants management.

  • Strong understanding of key performance indicators and analytical capacity.

  • Proven ability to synthesize business interdependencies and influence at a strategic level.
