About the Role

As Procurement Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, building strong supplier partnerships, negotiating contracts, and aligning purchasing decisions with our financial and operational goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that procurement supports albo’s rapid growth and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate supplier candidates to meet product and service needs

• Collaborate with teams including Finance, Engineering, Operations, Growth, and Product to assess supply requirements

• Negotiate new and renewal contracts in partnership with the Legal team to ensure favorable terms

• Secure competitive pricing and supplier conditions aligned with market standards

• Maintain clear and proactive communication with vendors and internal stakeholders

• Analyze costs and identify savings opportunities and efficiency improvements

• Monitor and enforce contract compliance for both internal and external parties

• Maintain an updated payment calendar and ensure timely fulfillment of payment obligations

• Work closely with the FP&A team to align expenses and cost forecasts with budgeting processes

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience managing business relationships and contract negotiations

• Strong understanding of procurement fundamentals and vendor management

• Advanced English skills (spoken and written)

• Experience with software licensing terms and fintech sector practices

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, tech-driven environments

• Technological mindset with a focus on process automation and optimization
