About the Role

As Procurement Lead, you will oversee and manage relationships with our key suppliers and service vendors. You’ll work across departments—Finance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Operations—to negotiate contracts, secure optimal pricing, and ensure ongoing compliance with existing agreements. This is a remote position open to candidates located in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers that best meet company needs.

• Partner with Legal to develop and renew contracts that align with our strategic goals.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to ensure cost efficiency.

• Monitor contract compliance and performance from both parties.

• Maintain a payment schedule to track deadlines and deliverables.

• Work with the FP&A team to align budget forecasts and real-time expenses.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their procurement requirements.

• Analyze spending to find opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity in all procurement processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.

• Understanding of purchasing principles, software licensing, and compliance.

• Experience working in fintech or fast-paced startup environments preferred.

• Technological mindset with the ability to automate and optimize procurement workflows.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills.

• Customer-first and results-driven approach.

Location: Remote (Mexico-based)
