Purpose of the Role

The Instructional Designer I will work under the direction of the Senior Instructional Designer to develop and improve learning content for Global Finance managers and technical experts. The focus is on creating high-quality, learner-centric online or blended courses using instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM, and multimedia tools like Rise and Storyline.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional content in online or blended formats.

• Create multimedia learning assets including videos, graphics, and games.

• Evaluate learning using Kirkpatrick Levels 1 and 2.

• Collaborate with SMEs to define learning outcomes and course content.

• Provide guidance on course technology and instructional best practices.

• Schedule and execute content reviews and updates.

• Conduct needs analysis to identify content gaps and prioritize topics.

• Track learning analytics and produce periodic reports.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• 2–4 years of experience in instructional design.

• Proficiency in ADDIE methodology and use of instructional design tools.

• Experience with Adobe Captivate, Rise, Articulate, Camtasia, or similar.

• Fluent professional English (written and spoken).

Preferred:

• Experience with Moodle LMS.

• Proficiency in Spanish, French, or other languages is a plus.

Work Environment and Travel

• Remote work with flexible hours across time zones.

• Occasional national or international travel (up to 10%).
