Position Summary

The Head of Digital Transformation & Delivery Excellence will lead strategic digital transformation initiatives and foster a high-performance culture across World Vision’s Digital and Technology (GTD) teams. This role is responsible for embedding agile practices, managing organizational change, advancing Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and driving integration strategies for digital financial and supply chain services.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Practice Leadership

  • Drive the adoption and scaling of agile methodologies across the digital organization.

  • Coach leadership and agile teams to boost performance and customer-centricity.

  • Promote an agile mindset at all organizational levels.

Change Management

  • Design and implement a GTD-wide change management strategy.

  • Lead change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management.

  • Support effective and sustained organizational transformation.

CoEs (Centers of Excellence)

  • Oversee and enhance the Project Management Office (PMO), Business/Systems Analysis, and Quality Assurance functions.

  • Implement performance metrics and continuous improvement frameworks.

  • Foster innovation and excellence in delivery practices.

Integration Strategy

  • Lead enterprise-wide digital integration strategies across systems and platforms.

  • Align technology architecture with organizational goals to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Oversee integration governance and execution.

Financial Services Support

  • Accelerate the development of digital financial and supply chain products.

  • Ensure alignment with customer needs and regulatory requirements.

  • Promote user-centered design and delivery of digital services.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.

  • 15+ years of experience in digital transformation, agile delivery, or enterprise program management.

  • Proven leadership in agile transformations and organizational change at scale.

  • Strong background in digital platforms, financial services, and integration technologies.

  • Experience managing and optimizing Centers of Excellence.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Agile methodologies: SAFe, Scrum, Kanban

  • Change management frameworks: PROSCI, ADKAR

  • Strategic thinking with execution excellence

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

  • Cross-functional team leadership

  • In-depth understanding of digital ecosystems and service delivery

Preferred Certifications

  • Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Professional)

  • Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI)

  • PMP or PRINCE2 (Project Management)

  • ITIL (Service Management)
