About the Position

As Global Corporate Partnership Manager, you will lead the organization’s global strategy to identify, cultivate, and steward high-value corporate partnerships. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of more than 50 corporate partners and generating significant revenue through strategic campaigns and collaborations.

This role plays a critical part in positioning Equality Now as a partner of choice for companies committed to advancing gender equity globally.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Innovation

  • Design and implement a comprehensive corporate partnership strategy

  • Create innovative campaigns and partnership models aligned with Equality Now’s goals

  • Track emerging trends in CSR, ESG, and brand philanthropy

Relationship Management

  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of 50+ corporate partners and prospects

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager, guiding partners from prospecting to renewal

  • Coordinate with program, communication, finance, and leadership teams to deliver partner-aligned engagement

Project Execution

  • Lead the full lifecycle of corporate partnerships, including pitching, closing, implementation, and renewal

  • Manage sponsorships for the annual gala and other high-impact campaigns

  • Track donor data and engagement activities using Raiser’s Edge and Monday.com


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of fundraising experience, with 3+ years in corporate partnerships

  • Proven record of securing gifts of $100,000 or more

  • Strong understanding of nonprofit fundraising and corporate donor engagement

  • Familiarity with CSR/ESG trends and sustainability initiatives

  • Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills

  • Experience working in a remote and international setting

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Raiser’s Edge)


Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of women’s rights, human rights, or social justice sectors

  • Cross-cultural or international experience

  • Ability to travel occasionally


Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range (based on location):

  • UK – London: £65,523 – £81,904

  • UK – Non-Metro: £53,531 – £66,914

  • US – Metro Areas: $85,025 – $106,281

  • US – Non-Metro: $69,464 – $86,830

Final salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and cost-of-living indices. Equality Now offers competitive benefits including savings plans, health insurance, vacation leave, and more.
