Job Purpose

The Full Stack Application Developer will be involved in multiple projects across various business areas and technical environments. The role covers the full software development lifecycle — from planning and design to deployment and support — and requires the ability to adapt to continuous business and technological changes. This is a fully remote, full-time position supporting application development for strategic systems.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Design

• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide applications using ASP.NET MVC (C#) and AngularJS

• Write and optimize T-SQL queries for Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures and triggers

• Participate in the full systems development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Design technical specifications and assist in architectural planning

Project & Portfolio Management

• Participate in project planning and create work timelines

• Support application de-coupling and data migration strategies for retiring systems

• Collaborate with architects for enterprise data model planning

Testing & Deployment

• Execute comprehensive test plans and document test results

• Manage production deployments and ensure solutions are production-ready

• Provide Level 2 and 3 support, troubleshooting and resolving system issues

Continuous Improvement

• Analyze application performance and provide improvement recommendations

• Evaluate new tools and technologies, contributing to strategic IT decisions

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical coaching

Documentation & Standards

• Create user guides and system documentation

• Adhere to coding and architectural standards

• Support ongoing review and revision of company SDLC

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience with ASP.NET MVC (C#) and AngularJS

• At least 3 years writing and optimizing SQL Server queries and stored procedures

• Strong understanding of the MVC pattern and software design principles

• Familiarity with Git or similar version control tools

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in distributed teams

Additional

• Experience in global or multi-region organizations is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with data warehousing, cloud-based development, or modern frontend frameworks is advantageous
