About the Role

As FP&A Manager, you will lead strategic financial planning and analysis processes across the organization. This includes overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and supporting data-driven decision-making for resource allocation and business growth. You’ll play a key role in scaling our financial operations to support albo’s rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the annual budget, monthly forecasting, long-range planning, and strategic resource allocation

• Develop, own, and maintain financial forecasting models

• Deliver timely and insightful financial reports with actionable recommendations

• Analyze P&L performance and track KPIs against targets and projections

• Collaborate closely with accounting to ensure accuracy in financial reporting

• Conduct variance analysis and evaluate financial performance against plans

• Support capital planning, fundraising, and large-scale investment decisions

• Build business cases to assess pricing, margin improvement, new product launches, acquisitions, and high-value deals

• Enhance reporting through BI tools and dashboards for internal stakeholders

• Identify and implement process improvements in FP&A activities

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting at a top-tier firm

• Previous experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance roles at a high-growth fintech or tech company

• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills; proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python

• Background in financial or regulated institutions is a plus

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across departments

• Fluent in English; capable of delivering insights and reports to an international audience

• Proactive, results-driven mindset with a hands-on leadership style

• Highly organized and accountable, with a passion for continuous improvement and execution
