About the Role

We are hiring a strategic and hands-on FP&A Manager to join our Finance team and report directly to the CFO. In this role, you will be responsible for leading financial planning and analysis activities including forecasting, budgeting, performance monitoring, and business case modeling. You’ll play a key part in shaping company strategy and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial forecasting, budget planning, and long-range strategic planning.

• Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts.

• Track key operational and financial metrics and conduct monthly P&L reviews.

• Provide actionable insights, recommendations, and performance analysis.

• Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Drive business case analysis to support pricing strategies, margin improvement, and investment decisions.

• Prepare data dashboards and dynamic reports for leadership and stakeholders.

• Support capital budgeting, fundraising, and expenditure planning.

• Identify and implement process improvements across the finance function.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in investment banking, private equity, FP&A, or strategic consulting.

• Prior experience in a finance role within a fintech, tech startup, or fast-paced environment.

• Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel, SQL, or Python.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate numbers into insights.

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High level of ownership, organization, and results orientation.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally and under tight deadlines.

Location: Remote (Mexico-based candidates preferred)
