What You’ll Do

• Define the vision and strategy for AI-powered product experiences within Firefox

• Use advanced technologies (Agentic AI, MCP, LLMs) to build tools that boost productivity and discovery

• Lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, and business development

• Prioritize and deliver features that align with Mozilla’s mission and user needs

• Drive metrics, experimentation, and product insights to guide development

• Act as a thought leader in generative AI and represent Mozilla’s perspective externally

Who You Are

• 10+ years in product management with a strong record of successful launches

• 5+ years leading product teams, ideally in AI or productivity tooling

• Experience building customer-facing products that leverage AI technologies

• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making skills

• Comfortable working in a mission-first, fast-paced, remote environment

• Data-driven, design-minded, and focused on ethical technology development
