Role Overview

As Director of Client Success, you’ll lead sales execution within the Growth Team, manage strategic client relationships, and help scale MissionWired’s products and services. You’ll work directly with the SVP of Growth to drive revenue, strengthen reporting systems, and support both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Track monthly and quarterly sales goals and revenue targets

• Build and manage sales reporting systems

• Maintain and grow your own book of business, with a focus on member-only clients

• Develop client outreach structures to increase engagement and sales

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Accounts Teams

• Present new products and updates to internal stakeholders

• Manage client satisfaction and advise on best practices

• Support business development and mentor junior staff

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital/direct mail fundraising, communications, or marketing for nonprofits or political organizations

• Strong client management and cross-team project leadership skills

• Business development or sales experience

• Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and presentation abilities

• Ability to prioritize multiple goals and stakeholders

• Commitment to mission-driven work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with integrated or direct mail fundraising

• Familiarity with Jira or project management tools

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: $90,000–$110,000/year
