Role Overview

Tiko seeks a skilled Data Analyst (Risk) Consultant to support operational risk analysis. The consultant will work full-time for three months, applying data-driven methods to detect, prevent, and reduce fraud across Tiko’s platform. The role includes data modeling, dashboard creation, and reporting to support local and global teams with timely risk insights.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand Tiko’s operational model and data analysis processes

• Analyze platform data to uncover trends and identify fraud or risk indicators

• Create and manage risk dashboards tailored to program, donor, and operational needs

• Develop reports that triangulate risk-related data across platform actors

• Identify patterns and support decision-making through clear recommendations

• Assist with donor reporting when necessary

Consultant Qualifications

• Degree or certification in finance, risk, or a related field

• Minimum 6 years experience in data analysis (Excel, Tableau)

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Python or R

• Strong communication skills to present findings and insights clearly

• Ability to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and solutions-driven
