As part of our customer success team, you’ll play a critical role in supporting business clients (B2B) on our digital platform, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver written support to business clients with flawless spelling and grammar in Spanish, maintaining a professional and aligned tone

Conduct virtual meetings with clients when needed to address concerns or questions clearly and professionally

Understand each client’s needs thoroughly, make decisions within defined frameworks, and escalate issues as necessary

Follow up on escalated cases with internal teams to ensure proper resolution

Document all customer interactions in the CRM (e.g., Zendesk or Hubspot) for process traceability

Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and proactively propose solutions
Profile and Requirements

Completed university degree (or currently a graduate-level student)

At least 1 year of experience in B2B customer service, ideally in digital or tech environments

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a solutions-oriented approach

Experience using CRM systems, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

Impeccable spelling and grammar, with attention to detail

Analytical thinking, prioritization skills, and decision-making ability
