Position Summary
We are looking for a Coordinator III, Scheduling to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating staff scheduling, balancing workloads, planning coverage for weekends and holidays, and supporting administrative operations. This is a detail-oriented position requiring a high level of organization, communication, and scheduling efficiency.
Responsibilities

Coordinate staff scheduling in compliance with assignment rules.

Plan staff rotation for weekend, holiday, and out-of-town operations while managing travel and overtime costs.

Coordinate with supervisors to handle staff leave requests and ensure adequate coverage.

Generate and share staffing reports for leadership.

Monitor scheduling trends and proactively report issues.

Provide support for lodging reservations and billing when required.
Qualifications
-
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related scheduling or administrative experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Advanced skills in spreadsheets and/or databases

Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

Knowledge of Red Cross staffing/scheduling patterns is a plus
